The compound represented by the formula (I-3) and a base (sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide in 1:1) are dissolved in a solvent at a molar ratio of 1:3 (the volume ratio of water to 1,4-dioxane is In 10:1), a 700 mL mass concentration of 50% of the raw material liquid was added to the autoclave; 10% of the mass of the compound represented by the formula (I-3) was added to the Fe3O4/graphene catalyst obtained in Example 1.
